Chaos! Learnt!

A busy working day, and totally in a state of chaos! It was so problematic this time. HQ interfaced wrong file format to us, i called the helpdesk n the prob was escalated up to HQ, and HQ personnel called mi back. Then we realised, we are not the only sch affected... My whole team is down here to start work, but theres error in the file... After some thoughts, decided to do whatever we can, while waiting for the new file to be interfaced down...

New request from other committee... to help or not to help? to help, grey pig n purple goat will suffer in future, not to help, other committee will suffer, grey pig didnt say no, so, ya, we do it. when u receive more requests, more guidelines or criteria, it makes the work more complicated. But, if that will facilitate future operational processes, and if it is within our ability, we will do it. Juz that, i need more time to think how to do it.

Luckily, we hav experience colleagues with us. Everyone has his expertise. She knows this and I know that, together, as a team, we get it done!

Without a good foundation, i can only do things step by step, and it is really very "manual", today, i learnt new command, and it helps me to run 3 steps at once, that really make my blue chaos day so bright and cheering!

stupid mi did these repeatedly ..... til my colleague taught mi:

.replace comb with 'LEP' for nric='91xxx12'
.replace comb with 'LEP' for nric='91xxx32'

it saved up so much time and effort!!!
