run e rehearsal for e national event today, it was terrible... kids r not into e mood... didnt take it seriously... not into their positions... not motivated... it wasnt smooth at all... but i can understand tt tis is e rehearsal, not e real event, so it is hard for them to be in e mood...

but i dunno... juz worry... i wont be there to guide them on actual day.. they hav to be self motivated and take initiative to carry out their duties.. n today mi covering duties for some adults, i noe some ppl arent happy abt e absent of some ppl, but tis is the MC seasons, weather is bad, lotsa ppl not feeling well... i really hope all adults n kids are at good health on Sat.

mi almost lost my hp during e rehearsal, cant remember where i placed it, n i off it to silent mode.. terrified mi, but i somehow gave up my phone, prepared myself for e worst... juz wan to get e rehearsal done n over... but glad that luck is still on my side, a colleague found it for mi... thank you so much!

before Sat, still got sth i need to do... e 3mergency Exe on Friday... hope all heads are accountable for.. but i noe tis is mission impossible, but at least i hope for not so many missing personnel... at least 98% attendance is tally... i really hope so...
