when a task is completed, doesnt matter how it was done, the case shd be closed.

i dun see the need one go to upper level to pinpoint who n who didnt do wat... ya i can see the reason why one does that, but i can see many reasons why one shdnt do that.

i feel very bad for the victim, it is definitely not tt she doesnt wan to do, but i didnt remind her to do. i shd say, i didnt giv her clear instruction. but to them, it is not a matter of reminding or not, the fact is she didnt do.

but y wan to bring up such a small matter to the upper level? the task was completed, thats good enuff, to me, it really doesnt matter who did it as long as it was done.

if u think u r doing the work on her behalf, u shdnt tell me u can do it and volunteer to do it at the first place, as i said i can do it for her. u wanna to do for her, then u shdnt bring up the matter to others. Do it if u volunteer, with no complaint. This is my philosophy.

and ya, such a small matter spreads, and the victim suffers. i apologized for my oversight, but what else can i do?
